My Fliteboard Flitecell Explorer Series 1 does not charge over 80%. Can you help?

Hi,

My Fliteboard Flitecell Explorer Series 1 does not charge over 80%. The battery only has 18 cycles, been stored properly, cells are balanced, no errors, I tried running it to 0% without cutouts and battery charged nicely to 80% again with all cells being balanced.

Anyone know what I can do to solve this issue? Does anyone have the BMS software and know how to update the flitecell and reboot the MCU?

Based on the cell voltages, it is fully charged, but the percentage is off.

The percentage is probably calculated based off the capacity in and out so might take a few cycles to figure it out.

seems a strange calculation, based on the fact that a li battery should not be discharged lower than 20%, it will show empty battery at 0%.

I think Fliteboard support will be the place to ask the questions.
