I have now replaced my ErayFoil remote control several times. But what should I replace it with, that last longer? Reciver I guess needs to be replace even if it is OK

A few options are available.
You can get a Bremote designed and supported by @ludwig_bre here on this forum. Two kits are available at openfoil.com. They come as kits to assemble and 3d print, but there is a prebuilt option also.
Flipsky VX3 and VX5 are popular. VX3 is older and is known to eventually have issues, there is a thread discussing it. VX5 is nicer newer and more expensive, so far have not seen anyone report failures…
Maytech makes remotes too, similar to VX3 and the eray remote.

Actually, the repair isn’t a problem. Replacing the battery is easy, as are the two magnets on the gas button. You can also order a replacement. Notneasy to find another one with 50 gears

But if the battery has 4.3 V and the display still only blink with empty batteri when you try to power on… wires look good… What to do?
