I am planning a construction. My space and tools are a bit limited, so I will try to make it with minimal effort.
First, I am interested in a board for a 100 kg 191 cm rider.
The plans are for a 121 liter one. The length is about 170 cm (5’ 6") and the widest place is 72 cm (28 1/2"). The thickness is 13 cm (5"). Will this be enough?
I am thinking of making a plywood-EPS-plywood sandwich for the shape. And use the plywood as a guide to cut the foam and get this shape. Do you think it will work?
Better motor 100 or 120 kv? And which version of the motor shaft is more convenient? Does the motor need additional lubrication/corrosion protection, bearing replacement, etc.? Or is it normal in stock form?
Is cooling necessary for the battery? I also heard that anti-spark switches also like to heat up.
Redesigned to 5’x24.5" or 153x62 cm. Thickness same. Volume 90L
Also shape contour taken from fliteboard. But without nice rails and etc its still look ugly but I hope it will work
