Hello.
I am planning a construction. My space and tools are a bit limited, so I will try to make it with minimal effort.
First, I am interested in a board for a 100 kg 191 cm rider.
The plans are for a 121 liter one. The length is about 170 cm (5’ 6") and the widest place is 72 cm (28 1/2"). The thickness is 13 cm (5"). Will this be enough?
I am thinking of making a plywood-EPS-plywood sandwich for the shape. And use the plywood as a guide to cut the foam and get this shape. Do you think it will work?
I’m going to get electronics from flipsky.
- Motor 65161
- FSESC 75200 water cooled
- Remote VX3 Pro
- Antispark Switch Pro With Aluminum heatsink 200A
- Battery 12s8p with BMS 40a for charging
Better motor 100 or 120 kv? And which version of the motor shaft is more convenient? Does the motor need additional lubrication/corrosion protection, bearing replacement, etc.? Or is it normal in stock form?
Is cooling necessary for the battery? I also heard that anti-spark switches also like to heat up.
Also bottom view. Approximately how far should the mast base be from the tail? I think I’ll find a used mast and foil.
Redesigned to 5’x24.5" or 153x62 cm. Thickness same. Volume 90L
Also shape contour taken from fliteboard. But without nice rails and etc its still look ugly but I hope it will work
Found this set 1500 front and 320 rear. All together for 150 euros. Seems like a good option
