New Hobbywing Seaking 300 A ESC - your thoughts?

Hey,
what do you guys think about the new (at least to me it is new) Seaking 300A ESC? I would like to use it for an efoil with 65161 motor on 12S lipo.

I like that it is IP67 Waterproof, has got built in bluetooth and data logging, ESC, capacitor pack and spark-proof design.
I would like to run it without watercooling using an aluminium box as heatsink.

For 200usd, the 200A version seems suitable for efoiling too:
