Hi guys. My story is very frustrating. I bought two Onean boards last summer from a auction. They were brand new. It took all summer to settle and ship them across Europe, so by the time they came I didn’t have the weather to take them out. They sat untouched. I took them out and set out to test them just to find out they are both fucked. The Curve X reports turbine failure and the Manta doesn’t connect to the remote no matter what I do to it. Not one mail was answered by Onean even though they should be in warranty. Did anyone experience such frustration and does anyone have any advice?
