Problems with Michobby and Eray

I bought an Eray assist motor and it stopped working after 20 mins. The first problem was water in the remote. Not waterproof but the box advertises IP-68 waterproof . Not true.

Now the batteries are at full charge (49v) but the output is 13v.
Michobby said the battery BMS is bluetooth and there is an app to fix it.
Does anybody know anything about this app. Michobby said there is a control page but i do t have it.

I use this app for eFoil and eSkate.
But older version 3.1.1026

I didn’t like newer versions GUI and also a little buggy.

Give Overkill solar a go too.

After using it, I never changed again to another BMS app.
