Problems with Michobby.
I hope someone out there can help me.
I bought an Eray assist motor from Michobby and it does not work. The battery charger shows a green light, fully charged, but my volt meter shows 13 volts on each battery. Michobby says the battery has to be connected to the volt indicator and esc to work but at 13 volts, nothing will power up.
Michobby asked me to download an app that will show battery volts via the bluetooth BMS. The app shows good volts but i really dont think the app works. The app claims there is a battery in my shop but there are no seial numbers on the batteries so i dont know. I took the batteries to a remote area and there was no reading from the app.
So my question is this real? Bluetooth BMS that link to phone apps?
And so what? 13 volts is the output of the batteries so the ESC wont power up?
Im super frustrated and Michobby has not been helpful or willing to replace or refund the unit.
