Progcard32 shows warning sign. What to do?

Hi all,

During a session my motor phase cables came loose underwater. After the session I repaired the cables using solder seal connectors. However, now the motor runs erratically — it shocks and stutters instead of running smoothly.

When I connect the Progcard32 I get a “WARNING: TH Loss Protection” message.

I also noticed that the startup beep of the ESC is very faint compared to normal — without the remote switched on the motor barely makes any sound.

All wiring checks out fine — continuity on all three phase wires, no short circuits between wires, and the remote connects normally showing standard display.

I have tried:

  • Resetting ESC to factory settings
  • Changing motor timing, startup power and rotation direction
  • Replacing the solder connections

Nothing helped. Could the ESC or receiver be damaged by the incident? Any suggestions welcome!
