I want to reduce my aluminum propeller, I think it is too big, I am looking for a method to reduce it properly while keeping its balance or the STL file with the splines to make a new impression

Another option would be paint a circle with a 75 mm( an example only) radius from the middle of the shaft hole and cut the blades according to that. That will increase rpm/ decrease load on motor. If not enough you can further cut the blade area( not diameter) as per the picture above. Think the 5 pitch version has in some cases worked better than the 7 pitch.
