Propeller shaft mount Flipsky 65161

Hello all,
i am currently planning my first eFoil and evaluate the components.
In would like to use the Flipsky 65161 motor. There is a splint shaft version and a “round” version with a toothed propeller shaft. I think the toothed one is more advanced but i am wondering how can i use other propellers like the one from Fliteboard or 3D printed ones. I would like to design and print my own propellers in the future. But how can i impelement this metal toothed sleeve in the prop hub?
What propeller Shaft do you recommend for my plans?

Thanks from Germany,
Manuel

Flipsky offeres this motor in two shaft configurations

Splined
Round with thread

Most of us choose the round with thread version as it will take a wide range of props.

It is not more advanced, it forces you to use splined propellers, which are uncommon in the right design for efoil - get the threaded shaft with pin.

Nah, skip that. Go for the “Round with thread” option. It’s way easier.
