Bit OT, but has anyone got a recommendation for a size efficient hot air solution for repairs on the field?
Or any recommendation that is not a full size hot air gun and not a reflow station?
couple of years ago we used the weller pyropen (propane driven). However the cartridge was always empty when we needed it the most. We switched to battery driven TS80’s in the field (not hot air though)

Yeah, that is what I use (actually use it at home too, since it is so good).
Wish there were something similar for hotair.
