I have been reading a lot lately and I just ordered my first parts - Flipsky 65161 120kv and 150 Samsung 40T 21700 cells. I want to set the battery up as (2x) 7s10P and am looking at the 14S+ VESC ESC options - which look fairly limitted.The Trampa 75/30 is very expensive.
I am hoping to find a good ESC option in the $200-$350 range. Is the Flipsky FSESC75200 75V 200A VESC a good option? I couldn’t find a lot of history on it here and it seems fairly new. Has it been tested much?
If I can’t find a good 14S ESC option, I can always build a 12s12p pack but was hoping stick to 14S to keep current lower and a 48Ah capacity seems like overkill (the 12700 cells are 4000mah).
Any advice on a good 14S VESC ESC and any other electronics to order are highly appreciated.
