Hello, I am going your way as it looks awesome! Is there any chance you could share the file for the Aluminum plates as SOLIDWORKS Assembly Document (.SLDASM). As the file now looks as if t is one piece and the machine shop can’t make it. Thanks a lot!

This was designed online in OnShape, so there is no Solidworks assembly. I uploaded STEP files of the two subparts to Thingiverse now: Rifle case e-foil inner shell by Eiterjord - Thingiverse
Most lasercutting workshops can take a STEP file, flatten, cut and bend it. I sent the two files to www.laserboost.com and they sent the finished parts back to me. Can really recommend their awesome service.
