ok,problem noted.Just too hurry to make everyone to know about this, hope you can understand.
there was a lot of work and electric surfing this summer. now when the weather allows me to stay at home, I will upload photos and video done work. Inflatable board is tested on wooden box, it’s flight. aluminum box rev 1, aluminum alloy 1561 is corrosion resistant but difficult to process alloy. So I make new drawing revision 2, and start produce new one box
Nice remote and the alu housing too
Hi, board looks great, where did you buy it?
china factory, I have some in stock
For sale? What is the price?
Hi,
I’m as well a big fan of laser cutted aluminium and rivet nuts Can you please post some pictures of your recent progress?
How did you manage to stiffen the lid and how do you waterproof it?
What is the total weight of the alu construction?
Also interested, if for sale and about price:slight_smile:
Aluminum box is so expensive to weld it. box 1.5 thick weight about 2.5kg. cap 2mm thick about 2kg. 1st prototywe was aluminum. 2nd steel, cheap but heavy. 3rd will be composite because metal housing shields the radio signal and your remote control does not work well
I didn’t do waterproof box in protoypes
What size is the space in the inflatable board (hight/width/length)?
very nice shape the front is so slim👌
Absolutely the best way to build a robust efoil!
Thumbs up from sweden
got it. Looking good. How many boards do you have left?
Interesting inflatable. Is it 120mm thick and 75L excluding box?
