Sealing hole for motor wires from mast to board

Hi,
I am wondering how to seal the hole in the board where the motor wires come through. I’m thinking about a 3 phase watertight connector that is glued into the hole.
Please let me know your solutions.

2k Silicone works well, i.e. Wagnersil 32N.
