Just want to share my second electric hydrofoil build, the board is 50inches long, 24inches wide and 4.5inch thick on the rear.
The compartment for the esc and battery is made of plywood. Which was later mated to the carved eps foam board.
I am using a 14s7p battery configuration.
Nice board! How did you seal the lid? 3d printed rim?
Yes I 3d printed a seat for the seals so as not to compress it too much, it acts both as a hardstop for the lid and holds the seals in place
That’s a good way to get a stable rim👌
How did you seal the splits between the 3d-printed sections?
I used silicone for the joints.
