Seeking Design files for different wings/stabilizers

I’m looking for any and all design files for different wings. I would like to find something suitable for a local CNC shop to cut a wing for me.

  • ideally a front wing with ~2000cm/sq atm
  • any links or online resources would be great too

It will cost you a lot more than just buying a good wing from Gong.

Just buy a decent second hand wing off Facebook or another marketplace platform. There’s really no point making wings. I’ve bought top quality wings for less than the price of raw materials. I only ever find it worth making my own fuselages or adaptors.

thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately there isn’t many fb marketplace used finds to be had where I’m located. I’m interested in creating my own wing and learning a bit more about hydrodynamics/fiber glassing/etc

I’ve watched a few different youtube’s of guys buying pre-cut EPS or wood core from clearwaterfoils.com and then fiber glassing.

If you had any other resources or directions that point in me better down that path. i would really appreciate it.

If you have a 3d printer its probably the best way to get something good. CNC in comparison is expensive unless you have a friend or you already have one.

I still say if you are starting out get something that you know works like the Gong xover. Its on sale as well. Lots of people on here use it. I have a gong curve setup with 3 sizes since its so reasonable priced. I am a an experienced board builder and decided to go this way instead oh making my own.
