Has anyone mounted this to a slingshot mast and if so does anyone have the STL 3d print file
Or has anyone used any other method of mounting

Hi mate been a long time, hope you are well!
I don’t know I can’t get the prop off and am not able to access the internal workings. I think water got in. Basically it has been sat doing nothing for over a year. Went to use it the other day and the motor won’t turn by hand and went I pressed the throttle it just made a clicking aound

Yeah sounds like its just time to get a new one. There are a few options depending on how you like to efoil…
65161/65162 120Kv motor (Normal efoil style)
6384 140Kv outrunner (cheaper, lighter but more assist style and slower than the 65161)
I have a few option I could sell too as I havent used then in a while. Just depends on what style of foiling you want to do…

Just cruising around the lake really
Don’t want to spend too much as I don’t use it very often but thought it would be a shame to throw the whole thing away as everything else works
The challenge I have is that I need something that will fit my slingshot mast

Thats really easy. There a couple of options depending on the motor you choose.
Do you want a prop guard or no prop guard?
Which ESC are you using?

I definitely want a prop guard, that’s why I was tempted by the Maytech motor that comes with a prop guard
I have been using this esc and it worked really well

The Maytech with propguard has a smaller prop. I don’t think anyone here has even used it yet. Flipsky also do a version. I’m not sure which is better or worse though.
Do you mainly ride at speed or more cruisey and carvey?
