Power and controller look to be working, just no GO from the motor.
Can anybody decode the diagnostic lights in this short video?

I couldn’t separate the boards, so in a dark room I saw that green light from the ESC, that is emitted from between the boards.
With the remote increasing power, when the light is solid the motor turns, with mine it strobed and the motor wouldn’t turn. Could be Bluetooth receiver or ESC.
At first the problem was intermittent and only when starting, then it failed on the water.
So I’m in the process of building a new box as nothing can be repaired and Foil Drive have been unhelpful. You should be able to replace the Bluetooth receiver.
The build process has been a nightmare and the members here are generally unhelpful, although reading different builds helps. There should be a sticky with very basic information, but these sites exist on feelings of superiority.
I have a friend who built drones and without him I would have given up.
I live in regional area so everytime I destroy a component, order the wrong thing or miss something I need, it adds up to two weeks delay.
Hopefully next week I will have everything to get going again, but my design is very flawed and I’m not optimistic.
Clearly your remote isnt pairing, so you sre not going to be able to run the motor.
