what is the dimension of the motor?

The motor is a sealead sensorless outrunner about 90mm diameter by 100mm length. Looks completely custom

Torqeedo is sourcing their motor parts from different factories across the world, not just one.
Many of those factories are known from the hobby grade market. Some parts are custom but most of them aren’t. The rotor bell and maybe the stator too are stock parts. The flange and shaft might be custom.
