This is the one. But I have not tried it in the water. Instead decided to add a motor and speedcontroller. Hope this helps.
Can you move the rudder forward a bit, so that the center of the rudder will be right on top of the servo arm circle. This way if you get it right the force will be enormously smaller on the servomotor.
