Tow Boogie - Getting another channel from a VX3 remote

I’ve built a tow boogie based on Jatems design. Works great, heaps of power, good run time. Need to do a bit of work on balancing out the board to stop nosedives and the tail digging in on hard carves.

I’m using a VX3 remote. It has a brake leaver which would be great to be able to use to control a servo for steering when you catch a wave to drive it slowly back to you.

Idea is that the turning on the boogie biases one side when unloaded, so putting a rudder that will help steer to the other side so you can awkwardly drive it back to your self.

Is there anyway to get an individual servo signal out for the brake only? I’m thinking an ardunio might be needed in between.

Sure thing. Very Similar to Jatem’s build thread.
