Tow boogie prop recommendations for Flipsky 6384

Hi guys,

I’m building a lightweight tow boogie / foil assist setup and looking for prop recommendations for the Flipsky 6384 140kv motor.

I’ve already tested some 3D printed props
(https://makerworld.com/en/models/182893-6384-154-1-1-propellerfrom=search#profileId-201489) PETG-HF just for fitment and direction testing. Next step would be:

PATH-CF or PETG-CF and Possibly epoxy coating for surface strength.

Questions:

  1. 2-blade vs 3-blade for foil assist?

  2. Folding prop vs fixed prop? pros/cons in this application?

  3. Is it worth going fully custom (printed + reinforced) or is cavitation too big of an issue?

If anyone has an STL file for a fixed 3-blade prop that could be printed and tested, I’d really appreciate it if you could share it.

Also interested in commercially available options (EU preferred).
