Working on a new version for my tow boogie.
Currently cutting the foam.
New goal is to make it easy to set up and assemble.
I would not compain if it also turns out to be more stable.

Got a few steps further.
Its so refreshing to build a board and not having to save every gram of weight.
Laminate is one layer 750g triax glas.
Super easy to work with, unfortunately too heavy for normal builds.
I will recycle my motor mounts but got inspired by the inflatable with the plate on the top and now have the plates on the top. which should make it much easier to assemlble.
My motor mounts are based on 40x20 alu extrusions with 3d printed cover attached to an aluminum plate that used to be on the bottom and will now be on the top, with the extrusion going thtough the board.
If everything works as planned, this should be easy and quick to assemble with just two m5 screws and be super rigid. I added some extra channels, in case I want to try different motor positions.
