As most are aware - currently any propeller driven surfboard, efoil etc are not permitted in Canada. There is nothing stopping someone from buying or building one, however if caught on any public waterway in Canada, a fine of at least $300 CAD is given for each and every offense.

This was well before my interest in efoils - wondering if anyone here participated? Transport Canada has stated that these new rules are under review and currently have not stated when they may change. Hoping maybe someone here might know when that may change? I mostly agree on all the survey results but would love to have been in that survey!
