Is it important to turn on the remote before turn on the board (close the battery tray lid, board power on). In the rc car or plane , we have to turn on the remote first.

I think that these days, it doesn’t really matter anymore because of digital radio.
However, when I’m near you and put my remote in pairing mode, if you turn on your e-foil, I’ll be able to take control. (Trick works with most remotes as long as the are the same brand). Don’t ask me how I know
