Since 2017, I have been building custom battery packs for customers, primarily for electric skateboards and Onewheels. In recent years, I have further specialized in eFoils and now also offer custom-made packs for them.
I build battery packs tailored to your specific needs while sharing my expertise on layout, cells, BMS, and more.
For larger orders, I can work with fully custom-cut nickel strips.
For smaller orders, standard nickel strips are used and cut to fit the layout (just like Kian shared above).
All packs are built using pure nickel strips, with each cell fitted with additional fish paper rings. Depending on the setup, the cells are placed in different holders. Additionally, proper insulation is always applied between cells, balance wires, output cables, and more. This ensures that even under vibrations, cables do not rub against each other.
Below, I’m happy to show a 16S12P pack with Samsung 50S cells (60Ah - 3456Wh), fully custom-made to fit perfectly into the enclosure provided by the customer.
Yes China makes good batteries but a lot of bad ones too. The majority of the bargain prices battery packs that you can find on Aliexpress, Temu, eBay or any other sites have fake capacity a lot of Chinese cells are mislabelled with impossible capacity so you have to be careful.
