Hello. I’m interested in buying efoil board foam blank or even pre-made board.
Can you suggest any options in Europe?
Is there anyone here selling blanks or boards?
I know that there are services for CNC blank cutting based on shape3d, akushaper projects - maybe somebody can share project as reference ?
Fliteboard sells board only. I have 2 they are perfect. Several other here have done same.
Unfortunately, the Fliteboard is too expensive an option for me
Get a Fliteboard inflatable pro. They aren’t that expensive and are a nice size.
I think if you add up all the costs of making an efoil board with an internal watertight/waterproof hatch you might be close to the cost of a good used Fliteboard.
Of course if you have fabricating experience and all the tools and possibly some of the required material on hand those costs aren’t as high.
Creating a simple enclosed board is one thing - making the hatch area correctly is more challenging.

I am already have all electronics, motor, foils itself and etc. Even more - I have a lot of epoxy, carbon-aramid cloth and so on. But I don’t have possibility to cut nice blank and don’t trust to my manual shaping skill.

Hi, maybe get a shape 3d license to get 2d export. Print the rocker out and get cheap 2x mdf strips. And cut them accordingly .
This is a guide for your rocker.
Get some xps. Use screws to attach the mdf to the foam. Hotwire ( my diy Hotwire has an old laptop power supply as a electric)
You just need a relatively flat rocker and a good planing surface(means flat wide surface in the bottom) Round rails.
A simple basic shape works well with e foil or assist

I have a 5ft inflatable board, but it needs an insert built up for it. Not sure if you’d be interested in that.
