Hi! I did some test with the new 56154 280kv motor, this longer version of the famous 56 series finally have enough torque to be direct drive, at last with the 110mm duct propeller. I tested this motor for the world record drive, and got some very good results,(that project will be revisited with a new motor, and mast) the motor starting from still, have enough power to fully lift your body out of the water, like straight take off, with my current setup I was not able to go more then half throttle, for some instability problems, since I use a 100mm mast, and it’s not very stiff… so I got this idea to cut the mast, and make this hybrid jet-foil board, the wing is a 250cm2 stabilizer, and I hope the duct of the propelle will work as a stabilizer, what’s your thoughts on this one? I hope it will generate enough lift to remove some water drag from the board, I’m pretty sure it will be super fun, an I give to have enough balls to go full power
