Wire/Tube Routing-noob

Im planning a efoil build, I will use a gong foil- still deciding. But one thing Im having trouble figuring out is how to route wires from battery/ESC box to the mounting plate of the foil? How do yall do it? Just carve a channel or do you drill a hole down the middle?

I am making my own board from Eps foam.

Much appreciated

Yeah, I think that part should be pretty simple, but for the actual board, how did you make a hole through the foam from the esc to the foilbox?

You just make a hole.
Check the builds.

Okay perfect, So you have your waterproof box pretty far back if it over the mast right? Is that ideal for balance?

Tested like this no waterproof box yet
The hole can be much smaller.

Okay, so the board is strong enough to have the hatch box and the mast mounted on top of each other? How much foam/fiberglass is in that area? From what ive seen most people do the battery cutout further up? Have you found any benefit or negatives to having the battery just infront of the foil?
