First of all, many thanks to the available info on this site, and the quick answers that the experienced builders offer to the newbies like me.
I am in the process of building a foil assist, my build is pretty standard, Flipsky 6385 140KV and foldable prop, Makerbase 75200 and two 12s2p Battery, one with a JBD SP14 BMS (50A, peak 150A) and the other with a JBD DB24 (80A) as i was not sure if the SP14 would be enough, but i wanted to try it anyway, since i like the compact format a lot. As a remote i am using a flipsky VX3 and i am also doing telemetry via Bluetooth.
I have chosen the Reliance RS50 cells, since there seem to be together with the EVE 50PL at the moment the best performing cells.
My foil is a Gong XOver v3 XL with 1750 sqcm, an i have also a Sirus XL with 2000 sqcm. I want to pump long distances 
I have already perform the first wet test in a rainwater barrel, but i only manged to draw 15 A from the battery, which translated to about 30 A at the motor.
The beers provide much required balance for the motor support
