When I printed props I just flipped the files so I could do a counter clockwise rotation. Have lost 0 props and 0 nuts since.
I didn’t reinforce the props. The only they broke if I was being careless and just dumped the throttle hard or jumped. I printed in PETG 100% infill to the blades and 55% to the hub. Trying to save some material.
