Motor sss 56114 500 kv gear 4.2 support step 7 inches.At 50%, the battery current is 45A.At 45%, the battery current is 35A.Erpm 26100!We decided to check the true rpm on the vmnt using the hall sensor.
And it turned out that the erpm 26100 in the program corresponded to 8700 on the motor and 2071 on the support!During our installation.Current at 30% on a battery without a load of 1.5 A at a load of 15A.Changing the parameters of poles and rpm in the program did not affect the work in any way!
It remains to combine everything with our remote control!

54v x 45% x 500kv x 3 = 36 450 erpm
26100/36450= 0.75 , I think it s worth trying another prop if you have the wanted thrust and speed after

Why you calculated as 54v? Usual 16s(15s) LiFePo4 referenced to 48v, here is 15s. Could you explain?
Just took 3,6v/cell charged x 15 assuming the test was done on fully charged battery
3,2v/cell is the « average voltage «
Sorry, I forgot to tell you that the test was done on a not fully charged battery.During the test, it was 44-42 volts.

The best is to compare the rpm drop : on load vs off load , thrust vs amp
