Some modifications and maintenance
I got a small amout of water in the box which triggered the water sensor. It was hard to find the leak but I think water came in through the 2k silicone seal between the heatsink and the board. As the Wagnersil 32N seal is rather soft, I had to re-tighten the screws from time to time. As I had good results with TPU95 in another project, I printed a new seal in TPU95. I sanded the top surface and put some silicone grease on to improve the contact surface. All M4 screws are secured with medium loctite to prevent the to get loose from vibrations.
I laminated over the 5mm acrylic window originally intended to place a phone or small tablet. I did not use it and it could have cracked if you put the knee on it while getting up.
I also replaced the seals of the flanged Aphenol sockets and tested them.
All screws are secured with medium loctite.
