Hi all I am new to this group so please forgive if this post is not appropriate.
I am planning on building an EFoil and I live in Canada. I heard a disturbing comment that EFoils are not legal in Canada. Does anyone have any information or comments about this?

Correct. You will officially be riding dirty anywhere in Canada except for your own swimming pool. Maybe even there too.
