Update:

Rebuilding the complete board. Ripped all components out and stated sanding. Unfortunately the paint is so viscous it always cloggs my sandpaper which makes it very annoying to sand.

If you had a heat gun (Heißluftpistole), that would help with paint stripping process.

Tried, didn’t help at all. Just made bubbles and the couldn’t be removed. But thanks for the tip

What brand of paint will u use to repaint the board. I was just looking at 2k PU acryl on www.lackmix.de it seems a high quality paint at affordable prices.

Funny that I didn’t recove any notification at all. I use hp textiles epoxy and some carbon fiber. Will work on it after Christmas. Thanks. Am very busy with my remote design right now

Hi, my name is Chris… I am building eFoil with some props, but for safety i think, that the duct is important… Would you like to share the stl File for printing? After printing i would like to laminate it with carbon… IT WOULD BE NICE TO HEAR FROM YOU…

So far I had to get my efoil done. I had to take my development a bit back for laminating and sanding my board. Fortunately I’m finished now. Some small things like the silicone on the sides need to be adjusted, but the main thing is the remote. I’m so happy how it turned out and how well it works. Unfortunately the waterproof 75200 has an production issue and needs to be sent back. I went back to my flier esc.

Your remote is great. What material is it ?

What ESC is it ? A Raiden-7 from Zesc ?

Currently the remote is a protype material printed in sla. All protypes will be made in this material. The esc is the flipsky Vesc waterproof where the resistors are wrong. I will try to repair it one day.

Hi Felix - could I ask, what firmware and ESC settings are you using for your Flier ESC to get it working with the low KV motor?
