Foil Drive Universal Mini Pod with Flipsky 6384

I don’t have anything to brag about yet, but I’ll just note that I secure the connectors like this.

Quick and dirty style. Balance wires are routed along the end face.

I liked the composition of the thermoepoxy resin that AI recommended. Epoxy resin plus plasticizer plus quartz sand. I should probably replace the sand with quartz dust, because the grade I’m currently using contains roadside stones))

Before finishing the first battery, I started assembling the second one, changing the style from Quick and Dirty to Dirty.

Measurements of the internal dimensions of the case showed that a 1mm thick copper busbar can be used in the battery for the FD Max instead of chocolate foil.

I just ran the cells differently so they start and end on the same side, then run a long thin lead for charging.

Yes, I made a mistake with the arrangement of the elements and when I realized this, it was already too late to change anything.

Oops, when I said mistake, I meant I should have mirrored the components. How did you get the positive and negative terminals on the same side of the 11s3p battery? Can you draw a diagram?

I get it. Is that how it is? Thanks, I’ll try to assemble the next battery differently.

Yeah like in the image. At the power the FD runs at its not really straining the cells when running like this.
