Aw man. That’s lame. But these are print on demand so I guess Amazon hasn’t set that up there yet.

It’s only set up for the US so far. These are the other regions Amazon currently supports for print on demand. No Australia yet, sorry. Happy to add them but we need translations into each language to get it accepted by them. I can do German. Any volunteers for the rest?
