Here’s how Maytech works. I initially paid for the pump. Due to processing issues, the package was returned to Maytech (it never even left China). This Ellen said they’d ship it via a different postal service and that I needed to pay an extra dollar by placing a new order. Then the situation repeated itself, and the pump was returned again. When I offered to refund my money, Ellen replied that they only accept official returns. Meanwhile, my $35 order protection expired, and I could only request a refund on the second order, which cost one dollar. Be vigilant and don’t fall for this scammer’s tricks.

You’re becoming surprisingly polite in public. I acknowledge the error with the amount and apologize for it; enough time has passed, and the purchase history hasn’t retained the value. But it’s not about the number, but about principles and morals. I’ll give you another example of how I interacted with you. I bought three motors, and one of them seized up during the first ride. You denied me a warranty, citing scratches on the casing. I have plenty of motors from companies like Flipsky and Saite, and many of them are in much worse condition, but the magnets haven’t come loose on any of them. Perhaps because these companies, unlike yours, didn’t skimp on epoxy resin and filled the gaps between the magnets with it? However, I’ll stick with your theory. Therefore, I will warn anyone who wants to buy your motors that even the slightest scratch on the casing will cause the magnets to come loose and the motor to fail.
In conclusion, I don’t need anything from you. I lost money, I lost time and you will pay for it with your reputation.

Dear Maytech,

I have also had many issues, most recently with a faulty receiver that you have still not replaced. You try to ask questions which make it sound like my fault that you sent a faulty product. Please contact me as I want a new receiver for this!

Overall you offer a terrible customer service and anyone on here should avoid you.
