Seals and Bearings - Are You Gluing Them in Place?

I’m doing the PM build and am ready to do the final assembly on my drive pod. I have the following questions:

  1. How are the seals and bearings kept in place?

  2. Is the thrust needle bearing meant to rub against the shaft adapter?

  3. The thrust bearing came with two washers. Are you using them?

All tips are welcome before everything is forever entombed.

  1. I added some silicon to the walls before I pushed the seals in. The bearings were a tight enough press fit, didn’t use glue

  3. I used them, they are hardened steel with a smooth surface so the rollers can roll nicely on them
