Greetings back, Robert
I mean your water pump tubing and connectors with the ESC, what did you use there?
We already wrote PMs, I am from Seekirchen
I use that:
https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01450HXAK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
with the COnnectors: Amazon.de
Sorry, i remind our conversation after i wrote you
For PU tubes google “CPC quick connect”.
For those in Europe if found this:
https://www.easyparts.nl/Snelkoppeling-Benzineslang-Ø6mm_(Benzine-kranen)-p3510531
Its for fuel lines, quite cheap and for 6 or 8mm inside dia hoses. Dispatched from NL
Next small steps.
I finished the Carbon laminated box for my technic inside.
I think it must be now strong enough.
Here a pic from the inside part.
I not trust the printed and with Epoxy and Glas filled Mastclamps. So I decide to laminate them too with CFK. The back part was for a beginner like me easy.
The problem and I try it many times was the frontclamp.
After I want give up, I have an idea. I do it like…
And fixed it with two cuter wood pieces
We will see the result tomorrow.
And now the result from my work yesterday…
At moment I do nothing. It looks like that after laminating…
Hello nice2cu,
I had the same challenge. I think the trick is to cover the part with epoxy and then wait for initial cure (approx 1-3 hours). You can then wrap the carbon on the part, and it will stay in place. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqwhcfQZT8U
Cheap pump !
Is it strong enough ?
Doesn’t it heat up ?
I’ve made eskateboard boxes and never had a problem. I had done a tutorial to convert this pump model on https://www.e-sk8.fr/t/pompe-a-air-aquarium-en-pompe-vide-air/2423
The problem is that the photos are no longer available due to the migration of the forum.
I let it run for a minimum of 24 hours each time.
Is that silver flat wires for terminals ? Sure about size vs amp ?
Yes.
I am searching long time for it.
I found only 25 meters and I bought it.
From RS Electric
Why go for them when copper ones can be picked up very cheap? Take a look at my build- Foxyirish Build - Ireland - #21 by Foxyirish1987 - Builds - FOIL.zone they are copper bonding/earthing links for electrical containment and can be picked up in various sizes and shapes in almost every main electrical wholesaler in Europe for very reasonable €
I not want use such copper. I want go directly from the batteriepack to my Connector.
Today I finished something and all fits perfectly
Also I got my Tampra VESC. I am thinking about how I mount it.
Hi there. I love your clamp with a duct not to mention how strengthened it with CF. Did you design it on your own? I will be using Flipsky 56115 200kv motor on my inflatable SUP project (not for foiling) and I am trying to figure out how to elegantly and not permanently attach motor to the fin. Secondly I would like to use a duct for my propeller to decrease risk of injury. Could you share files of your clamp and a duct? I was never drawing anything for 3D printer since I don´t have any but would like to use your files and somehow modify them so that I can clamp the motor on a fin.
