FlyTomaz - First build

Great to see some innovation. I assume you need to move all the electronics though to get the mast in?

where do you output the active cooling water ? I’ve only seen one tube in the mast

Second one is on top half. Second pic of build.

It is just one box and the battery which is caried separately.

Great idea Tomaž,

how did you glue the zip arround the board?

Great design: after the riffle case efoil, the Samsonite suitcase efoil :call_me_hand:

Is 5 minute epoxy. Before that it was put in place with twosided tape.

V2 is comming…
Anyone interested in V1 board?

Reusing V1 board and giving it a new hearth.

More on that soon…

I decided to use the board as is and add a home made jet with 66112 motor inside.

Battery will be the same and esc can handle 160A.

It is intended to be used as a toy for my 6y/o son or as emergency rescue vehicle.

Your son is going to enjoy that toy! What are the dimensions for the jet prop?

It is 65 diameter and 45 length.
It has 4 blades and pitch of 120mm.
Will see how it performs.

Is there a hole in the nosecone for cooling motor?

Yes.
I’m just worried that if the speed is to slow it won’t push enough watter.

It may not be a problem. The jet should vacume cooling water through the nosecone right? Ideally, that flow is balanced around the entire perimeter of the motor so all parts are cooled vs concentrating the stream to a portion of the motor.

I was talking about esc.
