Hola, que hélice estás usando? La hélice que tengo del Flipsky 65161 es grande para el protector impreso que se habla aquí, estoy buscando hélice más pequeña eje estriado de 12mm
Hello,
I have been designing this mount the past few days, it’s still in the prototyping phase, please comment on it, critique it. Some info: It is connected with four m5x180 imbus normal head screws, the thread for attaching the nose cone is designed to be 3d printed. The water cooling channel is designed to fit 8x6mm pneumatic tubing. Both cables and the hose will enter into the mast through a hole (can be seen on the model). Also based on the @Larsb mast model. The aim here is to not have any visible screws or so…, can also be fitted with a nose cone without a hole to “disable” the water cooling. Please do comment.
Hey lkoljo, I’m having a go at making your design as a way to get in to Wing Foiling, learn to ride the board first etc. All is going well, and I would like to keep you updated.
Great work and many thanks
Does anyone have a mast motor mount for the 65161 motor and Gong V1 mast (should be same as Naish Thrust Alloy and one of the Cloud 9 alloy masts at 110mm x 15mm) available for sale? I do not have experience yet with 3D printing but am good at adapting and simple machining. This is the last piece of my DIY efoil build. The powertrain is working on the bench. Thanks, Steve in California
It was made by @jkoljo some time ago.
I used the version for Gong V2, it has worked well printed in PETG. My first version I did was pla+ and that was too brittle and cracked at the back of the mast after a few months
Actually just noticed you were asking for one for sale. If you don’t find one for sale you could just use an online printing service and then it’s really not hard at all to assemble
Yes, I thought someone might have a trial unit they could sell - I am happy to fill extra holes or things like that. But if not then you recommendation is a good one - thanks! Excited to get on the water!
i know these files, but the propeller guard / duct with support to the fuselage, as shown in the image, is unfortunately not available as files for printing
Better don‘t waste any time on a duct, the cost of efficiency is just too high for what you gain in safety. I removed mine after the 5. session, that was in 2020 and never regreted it.
So cool!!! It’s pratically a universal mount for all the mast brands! Thanks so much for sharing! In case do you have also the files for the pods/covers… couldn’t find!
