Really cool. Thanks for sharing. Do you think the sides of the motor pod could be screwed into the aluminium rear part of this motor mount to avoid drilling into the mast?

Yes
You can
But holes in the mast will strengthen the motor mount and prevent it from moving under vertical loads that may occur when performing tricks and flips. a plastic sleeve in this place is recommended

Hi jkoljo, i am building an e-foil and have been looking for some decent motor-mount ideas. i need look no further. Absolutely great designs and workmanship ! Thanks for the input

Hola, que hélice estás usando? La hélice que tengo del Flipsky 65161 es grande para el protector impreso que se habla aquí, estoy buscando hélice más pequeña eje estriado de 12mm

Hello,
I have been designing this mount the past few days, it’s still in the prototyping phase, please comment on it, critique it. Some info: It is connected with four m5x180 imbus normal head screws, the thread for attaching the nose cone is designed to be 3d printed. The water cooling channel is designed to fit 8x6mm pneumatic tubing. Both cables and the hose will enter into the mast through a hole (can be seen on the model). Also based on the @Larsb mast model. The aim here is to not have any visible screws or so…, can also be fitted with a nose cone without a hole to “disable” the water cooling. Please do comment.

Hello @jkoljo ,
Maybe you can share 3D print file propeller shroud?

Hey, can you share the 3d files for it without the water cooling? Love the design, very simple and efficient!

Ah that’s for a 63mm, I have 65121 sadly

Hey lkoljo, I’m having a go at making your design as a way to get in to Wing Foiling, learn to ride the board first etc. All is going well, and I would like to keep you updated.
Great work and many thanks

I am creating another mount for the 65161 that is more streamlined and should later be made of carbon fibre:
