Integration plan for a 12s12p in VTC6.
I looked at this kind of supports for 18650 but no delivery to France…
So I’m looking for…

I think you are looking for this kind of support for a offset configuration

Nickel strip may be hard to find since most of the time everyone glue the cells …

I wanted to keep a small space between each cell for air circulation and help with heat dissipation…

Cut the holder, keep 10mm on top and bottom , and glue it to the cell

Everything is plugged in, all that remains is to make the battery…money money

Hey hey hey good news, I did a test in a ferry without propeller for 1 hour with a 5-minute break after 30 minutes and this at different speeds every 5 minutes and the result is the: NO WATER IN THE TUBE!!!HOUUUUUUU YES.
SPI seals and the factory shaft in one piece do their job

Nice but don’t forget the water « stream » on parts with the speed
My set up was waterproof as it has no water inside in static and it kept the water inside in dynamic , mdr … but i run in fresh water so problem as I clean it often

Although my boat deck hatch was waterproof during my towed test by a boat, I decided to make a battery box to separate it from the pump/ESC and the circuit breaker… the t joint is not yet installed.

I also received the spot welder I will be able to attack the 12s12p VTC6.

Pack 12s-24Ah for tests ready: squeaky: Thank you, Clem E-Sk8.fr
Waterproof resin battery box, all that remains is to paint it and attach it to the Sika marine…
It smells like a test at the end of the week or next week…
I still have 2 or 3 finishes left on the trailer…

The trailer is functional…

Tilting arms to be able to remove and store the foil without having to dismantle the front wing.

A little more finishing for wheel passengers and a flat bottom in marine OSB

Nice build!

On my efoil trailer, instead of OSB, I have placed some " contre plaqué de coffrage".
More expensive, but it’s more flat, and accept more water on it.
Like plastic film on each side.
I bought it in PointP

Thank you and actually I was talking about the ULTIBAT

Did you buy it or print it ? If printed, would you have a link ? Nice project.

Indeed I printed it in PETG, currently I am not at home and go home on the 28th,
I will share the link after that date.

HERE the link for the HOLDER 12S12P:

I share with you the Gong foil mast riser which will allow me to integrate the waterproof connectors designed by @Gobbla which will allow me to disconnect the mast from the board. This is version 1 and has not yet been tested but the STL is available on thingiverse. ( ).
I have already started to redesign this version for a little less resistance in the water. To be continued.
