I recently picked up a 2021 Takuma carver from marketplace for cheap but it didn’t come with a battery or original remote. The remote that came with it is a Pulseer remote that won’t pair with the board.
Is there any way to use the Pulseer remote without buying a Pulseer E-Box? The E-Box is around $1,900, and I’m trying to get the board running as cheaply as possible.
At this stage I’m leaning towards replacing everything with a new ESC, remote, and 12S battery setup. I was looking at either a Flipsky or Maytech VESC-based system to run the original 3000W Takuma motor.
Has anyone done a similar conversion on a Takuma Carver? Any recommendations on ESCs and remotes would be greatly appreciated.
