The mn60 wave motor and mast integrates into their existing system. Whether they are bringing another assist to the market I haven’t seen. Maybe Meow could confirm whether he’s seen something different or not…
makes sense they made a copy of takuma but for their products, to keep the design and image consistent.
Thats our wave focus efoil. Yes it’s awesome in the waves but we are working on other things and have for a very long time 2024 is going to be a huge year!!
Any idea of when we’ll see it in 2024?
Wish I could say more. All I can say is more details are coming sooner than later.
Can you say more about the MN line?
Not shipping until spring as I understand it so “sort of a rumour”
I’m curious if the drive system and remote are cross compatible with the non MN product line
For example could you use the MN drive unit on a “normal” board with the “normal” remote etc?
Some more info dropping tonight
Great design… I was waiting for one of the efoil brands to drop on-board assist…
Don’t know it says DW and WING but it looks like a prone DW solution because of power and battery, it also kills my interest since it blocks Axis foils
I assume the Jet version works with any mast/ foil set up.
The integrated mast will probably have a standard foot that allows Axis/ Armstrong or Flite fuselages.
100% correct Strongarm. The AMP board can take any foil with standard tracks. You can slide in the AMP Jet in and put your foil and mast on. Or mount the AMP Mast which will have an intergrated 40mm motor mounted in the mast and titanium fittings down the bottom to match up with you fuse
Doesn’t block you Axis foil, just bolt it on
But are we limited to your board? or can we use the AMP mast on other boards?
Yes will only work with our board. Went for the most efficient design with least amount of drag and the only way to achieve that is build it into a board. It also allows us to build a board that preforms the best it can for the product. I ride my 4’2 with a blank cartridge all the time then with the tide comes up and the waves get to fat it’s a 5sec install with the Amp jet and I can go back out and boost into anything I like.
I got pretty close. I don’t pick the prop option though. I guess with a gyro/ tilt sensor it can be made safer than the current options out there. Some of the gashes I’ve seen from the FD Aluminum props are nasty.
will you have multiple board size options or just one size?
We will be launching with 3 prones followed by 2 wingboards then expanding the range from there.
nice, will you follow up on more information on the next days?
Are these full carbon boards?
100% carbon boards using different carbon layup to most. we have worked supper hard on building one of the best boards around. Sign up on the website to here more information. And feel free to ask questions here and I will answer what I can.
