At this time we are making our motor with our draw and specification, especially for waterproofing and bearing, with our own drawing !
we used a 120Kv version.
watercooling and electronic parts are on the head box, this our own design, you can’t prohibit that especially we made that at the beginning of our prototyping .
You can’t make any patented when something is evident.
we never copy !
If some one patented esc in box , one other on head box and one other just in the water next the motor , you can’t make anything
we are making the battery in our company , not really the battery , we receive the battery with BMS , and we are making three level of waterproofing , we put the connectors , aluminium top and air vent in our company !
you can buy battery only at home .
Fliteboard patented their ESC on top of the mast 2 years ago. There definitely were not any other boards with similar setup then. Your first video only appeared 8 months ago. Better hope their patent is only for Aus
we never use Flite ESC , we use ESC with water cooling and we make the choice to don’t use salt water but closed system, so you don’t need to clear the water cooling.
I think Flite make a patented for their own ESC system , you can’t patented an other thing !
and we have old picture with this system !
we did our e-foil without looking much at the others
First pic clearly shows Mandarin in the factory and the rotor is identical to the Reacher/Maytech/Flipsky one.
Second pic posted in September clearly shows the same motor as Reacher, just with your branding.
Did you design this motor for Reacher?
The thing I will remember from this tortuous motor discussion is:
a Flipsky/Maytech/Reacher 120kv motor with a correct ESC works for an efoil with a 105kg human load (rider + son = 210 pounds).
In the video you have a version that rides under a board. Like a mini e-foil. Could you also ride the mini e-foil without a additional board on top? Also when your riding on the big board and you rapidly set back down on the water is there a significant feeling of drag from the mini e-foil under the board? How does the big board attach to the mini e-foil?
